Grand Opening of The Emporium

The Emporium – located at 9 Railroad Avenue in Patchogue, redefines the entertainment experience with a combination of live music and bowling. Centered around a large stage, a beautiful outdoor beer garden, 3 bars serving top shelf liquor, bottled beer and 48 draft lines and a 1100-capacity performance venue with live music 7 nights a week. The restaurant is headed by Executive Chef Piers Stringer whose career has spanned through the British Isles, Ireland and Europe in award winning restaurants and hotels. After becoming an award-winning, inventive chef with an exceptional record of service and experience at noted Michelin assessed and Rosette awarded restaurants. Piers has garnered more than 19 years of expertise in all facets of cooking and management.

Desiring change and exposure to varying culinary cultures, Piers decided to move to the United States. He believed exposure in American technique and dishes would increase his already vast repertoire.

Chef Piers won Long Island Readers Best American Continental Restaurant two years running and a food critics award 2011.The Emporium offers an array of culinary delights including Seared Tuna, Dragon Chicken Tempura, Vodka Flamed Shrimp, Lobster Ravioli, as well as Kobe Beef Burgers and Pizza.

The Emporium is conveniently located just few blocks away from the Patchogue train station
